HOW WETOUCHUP WORKS?

You can inquire to our chat support or email us so we can asses your photos and what type of services you want to avail. After the discussion with you, we prepare estimate. You can send trial photos (maximum of 4 photos) together with your instructions to our google drive (wetouchup.ph@gmail.com). Our turn around time is within 24 hours after the submission. We send edited photos with similar editing services with protective watermarks when ready. When ALL the improvements are done and ALL edited photos are approved, we send invoice for the job order. After we verified your payment and the transaction has been made, we will send photos without watermarks. Wetouchup has many artists and retouchers working 24x7. When you want to avail our services, one of our artists will be working on your project, and upload edited photos as soon as he finishes. We do revisions until you are 100% satisfied with our service.

DO YOU ACCEPT LARGE JOB ORDERS?

Yes! infact, we give big discounts for large job orders ( mininum of 40 images), you can send trial images (maximum of 4 images). We do revisions until you are 100% satisfied with our service. We send edited photos with similar editing services, When the trial images has been approved, we send invoice for the full job order and start the large job request.

WHAT IS TRIAL IMAGES AND HOW IT WORKS?

We do similar editing services in full resolution (standard retouching, advanced retouching, professional retouching) you can send up to 4 images. We send edited photos with protective watermarks. When all the improvements are done and all edited photos are approved, we send invoice for the job order, After we verified your payment and the transaction has been made, we will do the full job order and send photos without watermarks.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?

We accept payment method via Paypal for International Clients and BPI Account for Local Clients (please contact support@wetouchup.com for paypal details), after the trial period and all the photos are approved, we send invoice and quotation for the job you wish to avail, we require full payment before we start the full job order. We apply revisions until you are 100% satisfied.

WILL YOU CLAIM COPYRIGHT?

No, we do not claim any copyright to derivative retouched/edited images submitted by customers, and customers are always the only copyright owner.

CAN I REQUEST A REVISION?

The designer might have misunderstanding on your instructions at the beginning. Please request a free revision and add additional instructions or explanations, which will help the retoucher or designer to better understand your expectation and improve the work. If you are sure this retoucher or designer can never be the one you seek, please tell us and we will ask another designer to work on your photos. If it still doesn't work out, please contact Support with the your project name and any concerns you might have.

WHAT IS A REFERENCE PICTURE?

A Reference Picture can help you better describe how you want the project to be done or if you want to add something on your final image. You do not need to pay any for Reference Picture, only need to pay for the Main Photo.

Technical Concerns

WHAT FILE FORMAT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following file formats for ALL work we do: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, NEF etc.

CAN YOU CHANGE THE BACKGROUND OF MY PHOTO?

Yes. We do. Please provide a reference photo if you wish to change your background photo.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR WORK?

Wetouchup offers 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the new photos, please follow these steps:

Request free revision.

The designer might have misunderstanding on your instructions at the beginning. Please request free revision and add additional instructions or explanations, which will help the designer to better understand your expectation and improve the work.

Request another artist to work on your order.

If you are sure this designer can never be the one you seek, please tell us and we will ask another designer to work on your photos.

If it still doesn't work out, please contact Customer Support with the your project name and any concerns you might have.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT ON YOUR WORK?

We provide different turnaround guarantee based on the service you choose (e.g. 24 hours turn arround time for standard retouching). Please check out our pricing page for turnaround time.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE SERVICES?

Before we start working on your project, one of our experienced photo retoucher will evaluate and asses your photos and instructions carefully. If your project is going beyond our service range, or exceeding technical limit of our photo editing services, we will change your job order to it's corresponding job level.

HOW DO I RECEIVE YOUR WORK?

When we finish the retouching order, an email notification will be sent to your email together with our google drive link, which will lead you to the finished job order.

WILL MY PHOTOS AND EDITED PHOTOS BE SAFE?

Yes, Wetouchup maintains a strict privacy policy. No third party could access your photos or edited photos created from your submission. Wetouchup will never publish your photos unless you have explicit consent to grant us your permission.

CAN I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT OR DELETE MY PHOTOS?

Yes. Please write to Support, and we will close your account or delete your photos in less than 2 days.
